birthday boy!

lucas turned one today! we had a great time celebrating his first birthday with many family and friends over the weekend. as you can see from the snapshots we took, lucas wasn't shy with his cake. we sang happy birthday to him while he sat in his high chair looking at all of our faces. then, as soon as we gave him the first piece of cake, he dove right in! that's our boy.
