look who's TWO!

we celebrated lucas' second birthday this weekend (a little early) at the children's museum. so many of his little friends came...it was a wonderful celebration! we taught lucas how to say, "two!" when asked how old he is. (he tries to hold up two fingers, but can't quite get it yet. so, he holds up all five instead.) we also taught him how to blow out his birthday candles. he did great with one of the candles, but wasn't interested in blowing out the second one so i assisted. he loved his birthday cake because it was decorated with a monster truck driving over some cars. thank you to everyone who came and showered lucas with your love and gifts!
